We understand some people like traditional American pizzeria pie. Beyond the classics, we enjoy reaching new people with fun flavors to increase everyone’s enjoyment of new things. We get many emails letting us know guests are still chatting about our food.

For us, it is far more than a phrase or an occasional outing to a farmers market – it is a belief! Items we do not grow are sourced at partner farms, and in unusual situations, we source only organic.

It is a lot of work to grow your ingredients but required to source all organic and heritage. In 2016 Chef Tony committed to growing our ingredients and created our first micro-farm.
