How are we Seed to Fork?
We grow our fresh herbs, beets, peppers, radishes, berries, eggplants, microgreens, tomatoes, seasonal varieties, edible decorations and contract the rest of our menu with local farms.
Why is it Important?
Most farms use seeds for maximum harvest and pick early, our focus is flavorful heritage seeds while picking fresh.
